Privacy and your choices

Information for the restricted testing environment. This notice is not a certification of legal compliance. Corporate identity, retention schedules, processor agreements and international-transfer arrangements must be finalized before public customer onboarding.

What the portal stores

Your sign-in identity and the company records you choose to enter, such as contacts, drafts, tasks, files and internal financial records. Access is checked on the server. Do not enter sensitive personal data or provider passwords during testing.

Optional external services

WeatherWidget loads only after you authorize it on the daily dashboard. It receives connection data, including your IP address, to estimate a city. You can stop it in the same panel. Permission is not remembered across visits. Spotify is not connected and no player is loaded.

WhatsApp and other external links open only when you choose them, under each provider’s terms. The quiz and calculator run in your browser and do not submit their results automatically.

Authentication and device preferences

Hosting and authentication may use necessary session technologies. Device-local preferences may be stored by the interface. Analytics and advertising connectors must be audited and permission controls configured before activation.

Requests and responsibilities

During the pilot, contact Bissclick to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Identity verification may be needed; deletion can depend on lawful retention requirements. These requests are not automated yet.

Brazil and international operations

We must assess LGPD and the rules applicable to each market, including GDPR where relevant. A notice alone does not establish compliance; data minimization, lawful grounds, security, retention and processor safeguards are also required.
